Exeter, N.H., March 28, 1910
My dear Mr. Taylor,
I send enclosed an itemized account of the disbursement of the money which you left me for your son.
I did not understand that any restrictions were infused save that I was to regulate the flow and not allow it all to slip through the sluice at once. If you desire to check any expenditures next term and will kindly write to me about them, I shall be very glad to carry out your wishes.
To-day the young gentleman brought me a second cheque from you for fifty-dollars. Inasmuch as I shall leave to-morrow for Pennsylvania I shall deposit the money on my own account here for safe keeping during my absence. Kempton wishes some additional money for travelling expenses
