July 11, 1913.
Mr. Robert Kastor,
9 rue Cermuschi,
Paris, France.
Dear Sir:-
Your pen-and-ink sketch of Mr. Taylor was received some time ago. I must apologize for the delay in acknowledging it, which has been caused by Mrs. Taylor's illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Taylor have now gone away for the summer, and before leaving Mr. Taylor asked me to write you and assure you how much he regrets the delay in attending to this matter, and that you will hear from him very soon after he returns home in September.
Yours very truly,
Secretary.
