Dear Sir:-
As indicated in the records of the Executive Committee Meeting of November 15th, previously transmitted to the members of the Board, there will be a meeting of the Board of Managers of the Society, January 16th, Saturday, at 3.00 p.m. in the rooms of the Carnegie Foundation, 576 Fifth Avenue. At this meeting, consideration will be asked of the following by-laws with a view to their submission to the members at the annual business meeting of the Society. The Board will also be asked to consider the general lines of policy to be pursued by the Society during the coming year.
It is suggested that the activities of the Society for the next year should include the publication of the reports of the Sub-committees that are at present at work upon plans of industrial education for the building trades, machine trades, boot and shoe industry, and operatives in the textile industry.
