My dear Mr. Taylor:-
Thank you for your letter of the 23d. I note that you are doubtful, but I am going to take the liberty to put you down for a date, say early in December, with the understanding that if when the time comes you find it impossible to be here, we will then excuse you. I am hoping that by that time the pile which accumulates during the summer will have been reduced.
I shall greatly appreciate the opportunity for being with you during the week in England.
Believe me,
Sincerely yours,
W.F.M. Goss
